		<description>Scott, I love the weather up here - yeah it got windy for a few days but it was also like 65 degrees for 24 hours straight.  It&#039;s still in the mid 40&#039;s even at night.

I have always been put off by how much scammers prey on people&#039;s desires for instant gratification.  It&#039;s one of humanities&#039; greatest failings, and will get a person into trouble in and out of the business world.  Thanks, sarah!</description>

Never was a truer word spoken about the hard work aspect of building a business. It&#039;s so important to have realistic expectations when trying to escape the rat race, it really doesn&#039;t happen overnight. I&#039;m a massive fan of baby steps, then more baby steps and then a few more baby steps. They all add up! Great post.
